Helping Children of Abuse Not-For-Profit is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity organization as determined by the United States Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service.

All contributions to us are tax-deductible under 170 of the Code. We are also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers and gifts under sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Code.
